Daily Duties at Providence/Hhs:
• In charge of a 55 member staff, as well as a 6 member management team, with duties that include disciplinary actions, budgeting, inspections, scheduling, and hiring. • In charge of a $35,000 dollar budget/month, as well as chairing a committee to receive more funds for increasing warehouse equipment and supplies. • Responsible for analyzing monthly, weekly, and, daily inspections. • Responsible for scheduling training classes, seminars, and conferences. • In charge of maintaining employee files, training courses, insurance/401k packets. • In charge of the Patient Advocate program. This program dealt with patient complaints and resolutions to the problems that were exposed.
