Daily Duties at Sykes Enterprises:
Perform Desktop Support in a Windows NT/Novell NetWare environment with Windows 95 operating systems in a Call Center Environment. Troubleshoot various problems over the phone including but not limited to MS Outlook issues, Network Connectivity, and IBM Mainframe login issues as 1st level of support. Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction in a Call Center Environment.
