Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:

Receives and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints. Responsible for identifying customer discrepancies and assist in making sound decisions to achieve customer satisfaction. Documents customer correspondence and distribute to appropriate staff for resolution when necessary. Performs Clerical duties as needed. Analyze accounts to determine proper refund amounts for service and equipment. Must also be able to assist in other processes assigned to the Care Desk such as answering customer correspondence, processing return equipment, insurance claims and other activities. Requires contact with internal and external customers. Handling all of the Call Center internal and external correspondence. Receive, process, and track all customer care correspondence. Contact customers in reference to bills when necessary. Part of Customer Relations Management Team taking escalated calls when customers requested a supervisor. Assisted in Offline department handling customer correspondence, address changes, credits over $150, adding special feature offerings, share plan mismatches. Assisted the retail store working in customer service on several occasions when needed. Make payment arrangements with customers on past due accounts. Troubleshoot phone or service issues to determine problem and resolve. Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction in a Call Center Environment.
