Daily Duties at Scott's Lawn Service:

Receives and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints. Responsible for building estimates for customer who are interested in lawn care service. Documents customer correspondence and distribute to appropriate staff for resolution when necessary. Performs Clerical duties as needed. Work with technicians out in the field to assist when needed. Handle incomming inquiries from customers through a call log process and respond back to customer. Post the technicians work for the day into the system. Submit credits for customers who are due refunds from overpayment of their service. Doing numerous tasks throughout the day that were needed in the office. Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction in a local office environment.
