Daily Duties at Synhrgy Hr Technologies:

Manager of Corporate Services Reported to the Deputy CFO as Mid-Management Team Leader representing the Corporate Services and Facilities Management Department. Management / budgeting responsibilities for corporate services, facility management and call center operations with over 600 employees, occupying over 60,000 square feet of office space of a multi-tenant building. Additional responsibilities encompassed managing the same functions for regional offices in Dallas, Texas; San Francisco, California, Columbus, Ohio and Minneapolis, MN. Specific responsibilities included facility space planning, construction and renovation projects, office and workstation renovations, internal relocation, communications and electrical cabling, mailroom, on and off-site records management, support services such as fleet management, facility copy center and convenience copiers, security, PBX Operators, receptionist, administrative purchasing, corporate travel, contracting of operational vendor services. Created job descriptions where none existed. Managed staff of company and contract personnel. Accomplishments: ? Served as liaison to the property management company on various company owned and leased properties. ? Managed an annual budget and consistently reduced operational costs. ? Relocated corporate offices in Houston Texas and purchased all new systems furniture ? Expanded offices in Dallas, Texas and San Francisco California ? Managed travel department which coordinated airline ticketing, car and hotel reservations. ? Primary contact for vendor selection and reviewed all appropriate vendor invoicing for payment
