Assist with any duty in any department whenever is needed. Co-ordinate all advertising and marketing programs for the restaurant, as well as special events, catering, hotel parties among others. Analyze and control costs of goods on a weekly and monthly period basis. Evaluate and report payroll in an accurate and timely matter.
