SPANISH INSTRUCTOR/ TUTOR-ADVISOR • Provided instruction to teenage program participants on beginner/intermediate level Spanish course material – vocabulary, grammar, spelling, verb conjugation, dialogue, and knowledge of Spanish-speaking countries • Produced a learning environment of enthusiasm, peer-motivation, and astonishing results • Applied appropriate teaching strategies in response to various learning styles • Created multi-tiered reward system to enhance student morale and interest in a foreign language

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future.
