Key Contributions: Technical lead for $5 million dollar project to replace MDp with Seagull LegaSuite’s SOA product leading preparation of business brief, selling senior and executive management on the project given the $3 million in annual savings, develop technical conversion strategy leveraging mixture of onshore/offshore consultants in complex outsourced environment, lead risk assessment project which assessed production systems vulnerability to testing efforts leveraging offshore resources taking over production support and enhancements, manage project with onshore and offshore development to upgrade popular in-house EAI platform to MS 2000 saving $300,000, drive EAI practice to 100%+ utilization, manage $400,000 project to implement Genesys multi-site call routing enabling the business to improve agent efficiency while increasing service levels resulting in additional 80,000 answered calls, develop six MDp developers ensuring their success taking over for IBM consultants resulting in $ 500,000 in annual savings, co-design and implement in-house middleware enabling reuse and optimization resulting in annual savings of $2 million, diversify skill sets of developers enabling them to work with JAVA/C++ using OOAD techniques, develop metadata to foster and optimize integration reuse, reduce Call Center testing expense through the use of flexible data driven Winrunner scripts, sell senior management on my abilities to manage testing and mainframe given my background resulting in $100,000 in annual savings, coach and mentor team to adopt structured methodologies in development to ensure delivery dates are met with zero defects while ensuring teamwork remains paramount.
