Daily Duties at Pure Allure Inc.:
Responsible for day to day activities and operations of company with over 200 full time employees, 3600 Raw materials, and 1200 finished goods. This is including: Receiving, Production (packaging), Shipping, Inventory Management, Staffing, Employee productivity, etc. Built/assisted in all phases of new programs including concept, development, sales, merchandising, sourcing, production implementation, rollout and reorders. Worked directly with major customers to determine delivery dates, inventory levels, packaging and to maximize sales opportunities. Partnered with Design to develop new products, components, packaging, and programs to meet customer needs.
