Daily Duties at Flagstar Bank:
Reviewed underwriters conditions including appraisals, Hud's, Titles, tax returns, income requirements per fannie mae/freddie mac guidlines. Have processed incoming mortgage applictions. Entering datat into Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector for pre-decisioning. Register loans, order flood certs , appraisals and any missing documents, pull credit reports if necessay. Process Truth-In-Lending disclousers, calculate and/or verify FICO scores, handle all status calls, answer phones, train new employees. Acquired a working knowledge of Mortrac & IDM software. Use Microsoft and Excel spreadsheet extensively.
