Monitor, review, and coach & develop all four Sales Managers, and twelve Sales associates. Maintain new and existing portfolio and speak with customers in person to develop a long-term relationship Recruit, screen, interview, and hire all sales staffing for three locations. Create daily goals, balance BLM, attrition rate, and generate revenue in sales dept. Oversee a $10,850,000 commercial automotive portfolio. Prospect, and negotiate on automotive deals before underwritten.
