Daily Duties at Delta Funding Corp:
Reviewing underwriter stips including Appriasal, HUD's, Titles, Deeds, Income Docs inculding Tax Returns per Delta guidlines. Work with Account Executives and Brokers to complete conditions required to finalize the loan. Working on coplicated files by changing the structure of the loan to meet the guidelines required by Delta. Ordering Flood Certs, Building Violations, verification of self-employment per the guidelines. Top processor for severl months closing the most loans
