Daily Duties at Mitec:
Managed Intranet and Internet project from requirements to implementation Researched, recommended and assisted in the implementation of software applications for clients Fully accountable for various systems including client information, services tracking, and time tracking Created conceptual and physical database designs Responsible for securing the Web Server with NT 4.0 and IIS Security Model Responsible for all database Administration including SQL Server installation, backups, recoveries and troubleshooting. Built large Sales Staff Performance Assessment System Built interfacing system taking the results of the Sales Assessment System and matching them to large companies in-house training curriculums. Significant statistical reporting and formulas were built to match and report the results of the Sales Performance Assessment and Training Plans. Responsible for conversion of the number application and data migration.
