Managed development of several software projects including: - Gazette: Application designed to support Reporting needs of NETg clients. Project involved creation of the data warehouse, complex data transformation process and flexible and easily customizable reporting tool. This application is considered to be one of the most comprehensive reporting solutions in e-Learning industry. 8 developers, 3 QA - Search & Select: Designed as a performance support toll, this application is a search portal that combines search results for all different asset types available to NETg clients. Application is completed in record time and received highest marks from NETg top management as well as NETg clients. 3 developers, 3 QA. - PMDB Update: Revamped NETg systems to enable handling of double-byte languages. Although relatively simple from implementation point of view, this project presented a major risk management challenge due to large number of legacy and custom applications build over the years around master data source. : 3 developers, 1 QA. - CourseILT: e-commerce solution for selling printed materials for ILT support. Development team spread out over 3geographical locations: India; AZ, US and IL, US. Solution includes e-commerce web site, Site administration tool and customer support tool. • Responsible for Architectural decisions and overall design of scalable solutions. • Investigated new hardware and software technologies • Ensured code quality and adherence to industry best practices • Planned projects and developed budgets • Responsible for the project related documentation: requirements documents, release notes, etc. • Main contact point for other management and departmental project owners
