Daily Duties at Van Dyk Business Systems:
Direct collaborative efforts of internal departments to ensure timely delivery, installation, training, and networking of approximately 1350 copier and facsimile units to several major accounts annually. These accounts include the University of Pittsburgh, Alcoa, Traco, The City of Pittsburgh, Geneva College, and Allegheny County. Create and implement documented internal procedures to ensure successful completion of above Communicate and follow-up daily with internal and external customers to effectively resolve issues Achieve and maintain total satisfaction ratings for seven major accounts Routinely provide data analysis for customer and business needs Conduct and reconcile year-end inventory of $1.5 million in equipment and parts
