Daily Duties at Dorris & Associates:
• Responsible for all administrative duties: greeting clients, answering telephone calls, ordering supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail • Scheduled all meetings, travel arrangements and events using automated calendaring database system • Conducted new employee orientation and training • Prepared and maintained new employee packets • Provided project-based assistance to C-level executives; created and designed project templates, spreadsheets and reports • Handled all accounts payables, receivables and created and maintained check registers for personal and business use • Scanned documents and uploaded data to company website • Organized all special events to include, holiday parties, happy hours and other office related morale building occasions • Opened various case related materials and billed clients for billable professional hours.
