• Managed trust fund cash operations by collecting money due from toll and turnpike facilities, made payments for daily obligations and invested idle cash with the treasury per regulatory requirements. • Reconciled daily income and expenditure transactions for various trust funds and provided sufficient and accurate cash balances required to operate capital and recurrent expenditures per regulatory requirements. • Maintained monthly ledger spreadsheet to accurately recording receivables, payables, disbursements and deposits for each trust fund per regulatory requirement. • Ensured that disbursements are accurate, timely and in compliance with budgetary requirements governing them. • Created weekly fiscal accountability reports (via ledger spreadsheet) and submitted same to Florida State Board of Administration (SBA) on the budgetary status of each trust fund in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
