Daily Duties at Ceridian Benefit Services:

• Providing client support and customer service for over 150 clients. • Working with external clients as an interface to company, as well with supporting departments (Billing, Compliance, Operations, Technical Services, etc.). • Maintain day-to-day relationship with clients, vendors and internal support departments. • Provide direction and training to a team of Client Support Specialists. • Resolve escalated challenges for consumer/client. • Actively participate in projects and specific business unit activities
