- Demonstrated understanding of a broad array of investment concepts including annuities, IRAs, qualified/non-qualified plan accounts and tax reporting. - Acted as a liaison between Hamilton Capital Management and contra firms including Charles Schwab & Co. and other custodians. - Prepared well-organized correspondence for clients. - Handled client complaints with etiquette, respect and understanding while directing the client to a quick resolution. - Provided clients with interim valuations of their investment portfolios using Axys accounting and reporting system. - Maintained and tracked outstanding items using Outlook and Amicus Attorney software with accuracy and communicated status to adviser, client and others as needed, in a timely manner.
