FINANCIAL ANALYST, CORPORATE TREASURY - Compile quarterly debt covenants and all backup schedules for corporate credit facilities totaling $1.75 billion. - Review property level financial reporting packages to ensure compliance with terms and requirements set forth in loan documentation. - Maintain schedule of indebtedness using Excel, detailing lenders, loan terms and compliance requirements for over $10.6 billion in property level and corporate debt. - Provide support for the closing of DDR?s merger with IRRETI in February 2007, which required simultaneous prepayment of 192 loans totaling $1.4 billion, assumption of 96 loans totaling more than $945 million, and closing on nearly $2.3 billion in new financing. - Test and evaluate Spreadsheet Server, software which provides real-time access to JDE data from within Excel. - Communicate loan-specific compliance requirements imposed by newly financed and assumed debt to Accounting and Leasing groups. - Assist accounting and IT groups in data validation and the adjustment of financial reports generated by newly implemented JD Edwards system for the purposes of due diligence and bank compliance reporting. - Prepare financing packages for new and refinanced mortgage loans, create comparison grid to analyze and select from resulting lender bids, and collect and communicate property level financial data to lender throughout the due diligence process. JUNIOR CAPITAL MARKETS ANALYST - Collect and compile data for annual rating agency and bank meeting presentations. - Perform yield maintenance and mark to market calculations, prepayment penalty analysis and amortization schedule setup using Excel. - Review and approve over 500 monthly bank account reconciliations prepared by Treasury group as part of internal controls for the purpose of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. - Work with internal IT and Accounting teams to assess accounting reports in preparation for accounting systems from MRI to JD Edwards. - Create and run analysis using ARGUS real estate modeling software.
