Daily Duties at Mid America Bank:

Directly manage 7 systems analysts and 2 business analysts providing full lifecycle project implementation and software changes to all areas of the bank. Analysts provide project discovery, business requirements documents, technical documents and report design. They also perform ROI analysis, all user testing scenarios and workbooks, proctor testing, and confirmation that projects push live. They provide all materials to the training department for classroom facilitation or memos as appropriate. Systems include Miser (mainframe), Fiserv/UniFi loan operating systems, Nautilus imaging software, proprietary client-server programs like the Help Desk software, intranet and internet applications.
