Performed prototype research and produced reports on project conclusions to Product Managers. Maintained extensive competitive library and business intelligence. Conducted monthly customer satisfaction surveys with existing and new customers and reported survey results to Senior Management. Assisted at national furniture tradeshows: NeoCon, Healthcare Symposium. Researched BIFMA (Business & Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association) statistical reports and presented findings to Board of Directors.
