SUPERVISED AND DEVELOPED RED HAT AND COACHING TEAM. A TEAM MADE UP OF THE CALL CENTER TOP AGENTS. DEVELOPED THEM TO GO ON TO BE SUPERVISORS, TRAINERS OR QUALITY TEAM MEMBERS. CERTIFIED TO TRAIN BY VERIZON WIRESLESS AND T- MOBILE WIRESLESS COMPANIES PREPARE AND INTERPRET CALL CENTER METRIC REPORTS AND CALL FORCASTING CERTIFIED TO INTERVIEW AND EXTEND JOB OFFERS TO POTENTIAL AGENTS DEVELOPED AND EMPLEMENTED THE ABAY FOR THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPING
