Daily Duties at First Chicago Mortgage Services:
Managed the training program for a mortgage site of 200+ employees. Developed all class materials. Scheduled and tracked evaluations including reporting Facilitated all classes including WordPerfect, Lotus 123, FoxPro, MS Office Suite, and mortgaged –related software and employee orientation. Project manager for TAB/FileTracker training/implementation. Designed and implemented systems in FoxPro for storage tracking and loan analysis.
