Daily Duties at Mortgage Service America:
Project manager, designer, implementation manager, maintenance and training of a mortgage front end system in MS Access for a start up mortgage company. Designed and implemented beta system within the first 6 months of operation. Functionality included loan registration, secondary marketing operations, operations/processing, underwriting, closing, reporting capabilities, and interfaces with outside systems. The software I developed remains to this day, and I returned to support it at Baytree Lending some years later.
