Promoted after 4 ½ years from Training Production Assistant / Coordinator to Marketing Assistant Supported 2 Directors and 2 Product Managers with the following: * Designed posters for tradeshows / conferences, PowerPoint presentations, and Application and Technical notes for Sales and Marketing materials. * Scanned and edited photos, converted file types (i.e. .gif to .tif). * Digitally photographed equipment used for brochures and presentations. * Coordinated travel arrangements and arranged dinners for Directors and Product Managers. * Retrieved information from AS400 to track shipment of orders for market competition information. * Researched information on competitor’s product. Assisted training manager and 4 Technical Trainers with the following: * Communicated information to customers regarding training courses. * Created and maintained databases for service and customer training. * Coordinated and arranged dinners for service and customer training. * Ordered manuals and other supplies for setup of service and customer training classes. * Created sales / loan orders for service and customer classes. * Worked with vendors on printing and ordering of manuals and special printed items. * Assisted with the production electronic service manuals in a PDF format; including editing, assembly, scanning of graphics and modifications to training manuals * Updated monthly service reports using spreadsheets retrieving information from AS400 system.
