Daily Duties at Fanuc America:
(I was employed as a contractor performing the following Training Administrator functions.) * Generated quotes for training classes & confirmation letters. * Registered customers for training classes utilizing Lotus Notes online registration system. * Used Lotus Notes for: Phone messages, warehouse shipping paperwork and manual inventory. * Created numerous templates used for training classes’ preparation: manuals, student sign-sheets, classroom assignment sign, fax covers sheets and letters of confirmations. * Updated catalog/manual inventory using Lotus Notes. * Worked with various hotels negotiating pricing for customer and service training classes. * Created manuals as needed for customer and service training. * Maintained supplies for creating manuals. * Setup of training classes either at on-site location or customer location. * Updated weekly and monthly reports using Excel. * Generated invoices using AS400 system based computer program.
