Daily Duties at Medtronic Mini Med:
Responsible for the Collection of Revenue from Medi-Care. Tasks also included completing 30 or more collection records per day. Responsible for handling Aged reports/accounts that are over a year old. Responsible for Audits, Appeals, Hearings, and Refunds. Consistently meets QR (Quality Rating) Goals. Highest rating is 3.0. I am consistently measuring around 2.8. Very high customer service rating. Responsible for training of new employees.
