Assist individuals in making career decisions, by exploring and evalutating the client's education,training, work history, interest skills, and personal traits.Coordinate,recruite, supervise, and monitor employment services to ensure program goals are met. Manage personnel functions such as, interview, and selection, compliance with Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA). In depth one on one coaching on how to become a productive citizen and how to interview. Facilitate training workshops on labor market information, resume writing, and job search
