. My immediate duties included production scheduling for day and night shifts, based on sales forecasts and pending orders for JIT production; man hour accountability for efficiency reporting and error tracking; job station time studies for assembly line adjustments; maintained Kanban system for parts from warehouse, machine shop and parts suppliers. Managerial duties included monthly safety meetings and minutes, all hiring and employee issues, employee quarterly and BI-annual reviews, participation in Q.C.A.T (Quality Control Action Team), and yearly budgeting.
