Daily Duties at Salon Services And Supplies:

I held full responsibility in overseeing warehouse and customer service operations at four store locations. I oversaw purchasing of all product lines, maintaining inventory levels to sales forecasts. Managed inventory control, cycle counts, nightly and month-end closings, produced daily reports to keep sales, accounting, and other departments informed. I was responsible for reviewing monthly financial statements to annual budget and prior year to complete an analysis on actual variances. Maintained building Lease agreements, negotiations and site improvements for all store locations. Trained, mentored and reviewed over 40 employees.
