Daily Duties at Provenance Hotels:

Organizing and assigning duties to staff starting with team-building meeting every morning. Time punch detail and payroll, Inventory and purchasing of hotel supplies, Quality control property inspections, team training, coaching and disciplining, scheduling, product and services research, Strategic planning with other department heads, planning & scheduling for outside contractors when necessary.(I'm an advocate of keeping services in-house whenever necessary to control cost).
