Daily Duties at Heartland Health Care Center:
• Perform as primary liaison and accountable for the entire operation of the Human Resources Department. • Responsible for talent acquisition activity and ensuring the hiring practices are managed and effective. • Develop programs for staff development. Encourage succession planning for staff • Provide business strategies that will build a strong management team. Facilitate leadership training for new and current managers. • Facilitate the New Employee Orientation Program, Circle of Care and Mastering Caring leadership • Manage all issues related to employee relations. • Oversee compensation activity. • Attend committee meetings regarding strategic programs. • Maintain a liaison relationship with outside organizations. • Responsible for retention of current employees. • Chairperson of the Safety Committee • Manage Workers Compensation program • Manage Benefit Packages and communicate information and/or changes to staff • Plan reward programs for staff and special projects
