Managed and maintained company network, comprised of Windows 2000 File and Print Servers, Windows Exchange Server, Windows 2000 Active Directory Services, Norton Anti-Virus Server, Canon, Xerox, and Fiery network printers, Ricoh and Bell & Howell scanners, CISCO Secure PIX firewall, LAN and WiFi network switches, Windows 98, ME, 2000 Professional, and XP Professional workstations. Developed and implemented policies for centralized data storage, data archives and archive cataloging, backup policies, and disaster recovery. Provided technical support and training for company employees, contractors, and clients. Approved all IT software and hardware purchases. Responsible for all software license compliance policies. Responsible for IT department development.
