Daily Duties at Ttl Associates, Inc.:

Primary assistant for the division Vice President and three separate departments. Responsible for the preparation of client proposals, projects and reports, including review, editing and assembly. Review and submit weekly timesheets and expense reports for all on-site associates. Coordinate travel plans for associates and applicants as necessary. Back-up Human Resources responsibilities as needed. General office administrative duties including office equipment management and maintenance, and ordering and tracking office supplies.
