Daily Duties at National City Mortgage:
SET-UP, MAIL DISCLOSURES FOR ANY NEW FILES THAT ARE ASSIGNED TO ME. WORK MY PIPELINE TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAVE ALL OF THE CONDITIONS, UNDERWRITE, AND PROCESS THE FILE. IF I AM ABLE I WILL PUT THE FINAL APPROVAL INTO OUR SYSTEM THEN WORK OF GETTING THE LOAN DOCUMENTS TO THE TITLE COMPANY. AFTER THE LOAN DOCUMENTS COME BACK SIGNED, I WILL FUND THE LOAN.
