Daily Duties at Department Of Homeland Security/ Transportation Security Administration/ Cmh & Lck:

• Perform security screening of persons, including tasks such as: hand-wanding, and pat-down searches. • Perform security screening of property, including identifying dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on the workforce; and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft, or into the secured identification display areas. • Perform security screening of individuals’ issued identifications and credentials to include airport and/or airline issued identification media. • Perform security screening of aircraft, including identifying dangerous objects and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft or into the secured identification display areas. • Inspections of the Aircraft Operation Area to ensure to proper display of secured identification media. • Inspections of the Aircraft Operation Area to ensure to proper security procedures are in place, and maintained. • Continuously improving security screening processes through vigilant training.
