Directed and Coordinated activities of office workers engaged in customer service, cash handling management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and dispatching service calls. ? Answered staff and customer questions regarding procedures, money and customer service. ? Provided the company accountant with monthly and yearly closeout information. ? Served as an Account Manager for current customers. ? Participated in weekly company management and planning meetings. Human Resources ? Responsible for payroll and inquiries. ? Evaluated insurance companies for service and cost comparison. ? Trained in COBRA and administered it as necessary. ? New hire and employee benefit/compensation administration.
