Daily Duties at Movie Gallery:
Install and support Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows 2000 Professional, Microsoft Remote Desktop, Microsoft Office XP, Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007, iPass connect, and Cisco VPN Client. Diagnose and repair hardware issues associated with desktops and laptops * Travel on-site to setup new workstations and network solutions for clients, and work with Remote Installations of Operating Systems and other applications. * Troubleshoot Microsoft Operating Systems, Server Systems, and Microsoft Networks. * Setup domain desktops and laptops * Modify domain users account settings * Dell Warranty Parts Direct Certified
