Daily Duties at Ncr Corporation:
Establishment of a new department responsible for proposal and solution development 1. Over-achieved sales targets from all non industry-specific products (Servers and networking solutions) by developing winning proposals 2. Managed creation and release of Call Centre & CTI solutions taking the advantage of NCR and Avaya cooperation. Demonstrated the very first CTI solution in the entire region. Closed the first sale, which eventually led the country organization to gain around 90% market share and accumulate substantial revenue over the following years 3. Established opportunity qualification and bid management procedures by pursuing corporate policies for the entire organization to focus solely on qualified sales opportunities, which resulted in optimal use of pre-sale resources and expertise 4. Penetrated new industries, new accounts and even traditional competitors by managing Sales, Marketing and Supplier relations for PBX, ACD and CTI solutions 5. Shifted the "Price barrier" paradigm by successfully managing the "Sales P&L" and coming up with lowest-priced proposals, yet maintaining profitability targets in qualified sales opportunities 6. Coordinated cross - BU (Business Unit) activities in large sales proposals
