Daily Duties at Cingular:
Receiving inbound call from personal and corporate consumers. Confirming credit, creating accounts and porting accounts from one carrier to another. Then after 4 mos. On the job was transferred to the special projects team were I worked with telecommunication managers of fortune 500 companies(Honeywell, IBM, Pitney Bowes?.) When in the call centers I received 75 to 100 calls a day, in the special projects it was more like 25 to 40 calls a day. Trouble shooting software problems and resetting passwords for corporate employees. And receiving 75 to 100 calls a day, and stayed between 97% -100% CSR Utilization and performance standards
