Daily Duties at Mfs Investment Management:
I oversee between 12-16 employees. I maintain and monitor various databases and reports. I organize and delegate responsibilities for day to day tasks and projects. Problem resolution. I act as a liaision between the communications' team and our compliance and legal departments. I implement employee development and action plans and when necessary effectuate employee termination. I work closely with Human Resources in many areas. I act as an informational resource for supervisors and other managers. I attend meetings and perform presentations, as need be. I don't believe I ever have a "normal" or "average" day.
