Assist with administrative management of office by answering 7 line phone system, routing calls, copying forms, printing and creating files and fax required documents. Assist agents by providing technical computer support in programming languages such as: ASP, HTML and PHP. Generated procedure for creating digital backup of all property files including historic and current. Ensure that all listings are entered into the computer system in a timely manner and perform digital photo editing. Provide computer training to all agents and interns, perform system repair and software updates, and respond to all listing requests.
