Daily Duties at Manpower:

Previously contracted for several positions through Manpower including: Administrative Assistant, Customer Support, Demonstrator / Sales, Office Manager, Executive Secretarial. Assigned various office duties to include: answering phones, greeting donors, printing, copying and faxing files, data entry, donor information retrieval and maintenance, create marketing materials, create annual appeals and request letters, assist with grant research and submissions, maintain filing systems. Script donor receipts and thank you letters, QuickBooks entry, ACT and Access database management, board meetings and committee meetings, produce minutes for board meetings; interact with donors and board members.
