Daily Duties at Hoveround Corporation:
Product assembler: built electric wheelchair's and sub-assembly part's on assembly line, including wiring electric systems per wiring diagram's; use of engineering print's to ensure proper build specification's were met; use of pneumatic and other power tools as well as standard hand tools; q/c'd product before releasing for final inspection; ensured proper inventory control via quarterly inventory reconciliation; adherance to JCAHO/ISO 9001/HIPAA standards. Technical support representative: provided phone based troubleshooting regarding repairs; entered part and service order's for client's; provided client's with answer's to inquiries applying to phone based troubleshooting, inquiries into open service oreders and directing potential clients to sales; provided sales and field rep's. with assistance regarding service order's, client information, paperwork and part order's; obtained information from client's and rep's and entered data into computer system under proper files and record's.
