Daily Duties at Numismatic Guaranty Corporation :

Position is called a Looper. In essence an interdepartmental liason. We are a coin grading service. We do not sell coins. We help collectors and coin dealers gain an idea of what their coins are worth on the market based upon a numerical grading scale. My position requires me to go between all departments from customer service to shipping and receiving. I assist all departments in transferring all products to various levels of the process from assisting the graders, assisting customer service with research into client inquiries, assisting receiving in the transfer of the clients goods, correction of miscelanious mechnical errors with the product, and assistance with quality control to ensure product is sent out according to proper speicifcations to ensure customers products are sent out in a timely manner. Laid off in downsizing.
