Daily Duties at M/S Aysha Export Corporation:
) Interact with Ministry of Finance,Dept of Revenue,with respect to Export consignment pertaining to duty drawback..Taking up Issues and meeting Commisioner Drawback in person. Had met the then Finance Minister,Shri P.Chidambaram, personally in respect of Claiming Duty Drawback on the exports of 100%Cotton Hand Dyed Terry Towels.Submission was successful and hearing positively finalized. b) Interact with Ministry of Commerce,in relation to Issue of Advance Licence.Preparing and submission of relevant Export statements c) Interact with Commissioner,Customs and attend in person the issues related to the export consignment and passing of the shipping bills. d) Interact with Municipal Corporation,Commissioner,in respect of exemption on Octroi, under EP forms. e) Procurement of Sulphur Black Dye from Local and China producers.Interact with the manufacturer and complete the purchase. f) Interact with the Cental Excise in respect of the goods purchased under AR-4 from the factory.And Obtaining the exemptions certificates from the Central Excise,under Rule 191(a) and (b) g) Interact with Export Promotions Councils govern under Ministry of Commerce,such as SRTEPC,TEXPROCIL,PDEXIL,FIEO etc.in respect of Quota and other export related issues. h) Referring EXIM policy and related issues in accordance with the Hand-Book of Procedure based on the International Harmonized Coding System. i) Looking after General Administration and day to day affairs of the firm.
