Daily Duties at Techaid:

Conducted training workshops on the use of software programs and applications Performed troubleshooting activities for the resolution of technical issues Performed computer break/fix work Answered questions and resolve problems for end users via phone or Internet connection Managed and installed patches and upgrades to ensure that clients are kept up to date with current technology Maintained a system for distributing patches and critical updates to customers Scheduled installations and ordered software and hardware, as directed Performed system backups for on-site installation and department personnel
