Enter all flooring products leaving and returning to building Enter all receiving and adjustments for flooring products into system Make all necessary inventory adjustments for flooring Enter all receiving that is shipped to warehouse for flooring Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively Print and work the open balance report for the NY market Contact customer with there outstanding balance Process daily refund Verify credit card and check approvals Handle installer billing Process installer and sales reps charge backs Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively Print and work the open balance report for the NY market Contact customer with there outstanding balance Process daily refund Verify credit card and check approvals Handle installer billing Process installer and sales reps charge backs
