Daily Duties at Heartland Employee Benefits:

Licensed broker in Life and Health for the state of Kansas and Missouri. Create marketing reports and spreadsheets for client and new business presentations. Work extensively with medical, dental, life, and disability insurance. Summarize employee benefits using contract knowledge and state requirements. Maintain database of product portfolio and network changes. Manage all proposal requests, inquiries and proposal changes. Coordinate with other departments to cater proposal presentations to client needs and develop new format styles. Maintain department workflow managing system of operations, ensuring quality of work, and delegating responsibilities. Update prospective client information and circulate reports. Coordinate carrier presentations to staff and maintain carrier relationships. Continue to develop marketing department strategies, procedures and ensure accurate presentation of benefit materials.
